Meet our Leaders of the Pack:
John Kitts — President
John took over operation of Denver’s best house cleaning company in 2006, acquiring it from the founders. John has an extensive background in sales, marketing, customer service and general management. He spent 15 years with Tenneco, a $4B automotive parts company, where he was a corporate officer and served as General Manager over a division with $1B in annual sales. He also was President of Sunrise Medical North America, in Longmont, CO. John was later Chief Operating Officer of Beeline Technologies, a privately held technology company in Westminster, CO, and has operated his own consulting business. He holds a degree in psychology and business from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Management program.
Maria Herrera — General Manager
Maria started with Denver Concierge in 2000, and was soon promoted to Team Leader. She quickly earned her stripes and was the top Team Leader in the company in a short period of time. This followed with a promotion to Office Manager and then to General Manager in May 2006. Maria is also the company’s resident ServiceCEO expert and she excels in efficient scheduling and resource utilization. Maria manages day to day operations including most matters relating to personnel, scheduling, keys, purchasing and quality control. We are lucky to have such a talented person running our operations and making sure things go smoothly for our clients.
Angela Danessi — Director, Client Relations
Angela is a former part-owner of Denver Concierge and has held management positions in both Human Resources and Operations within the service and hospitality industries both here and abroad, including assignments in Europe. Angela attended and earned degrees at the American College in Paris, and the University of Lille et Paris in London. She loves helping our clients and doing whatever it takes to make sure they are happy. She started with Denver Concierge in 2000, and has formed relationships with hundreds of clients since she arrived here, many of whom consider her a friend. Fluent in four languages, including Spanish, French and Italian, give her a call and practice your language skills! We are so fortunate to have someone at Denver Concierge that cares about our clients and business the way Angela does. She is a large part of our growth and the success we have had since we started in 1999.
Blanca Garcia — Manager, Quality and Training
Blanca started with the company in 2001 and was promoted to Team Leader in only six months, one of the fastest promotions in company history. As one of our top team leaders, Blanca consistently received outstanding client feedback. Her exceptional quality and attention to detail make her extremely qualified to lead our quality and training efforts. Blanca is dedicated to continuous improvement and outstanding client relations. She also serves as the backup to Maria and Alicia and is proficient with ServiceCEO, dispatch, payroll, purchasing and other operational functions. Blanca’s experience in our client’s homes and general sunny disposition make her a key player in our operation. Another example of how great people make a great company!
