The following services are included in our standard offering to you.  Most of our competitors charge more for many of these services, if they are even performed (see washing floors by hand).  Beware of the "hidden costs" before doing business with other housecleaning companies.

 

• Vacuum with upright and backpack (including edges and hardwood and tiled floors, sofas and chairs)
• Hand wash floors and baseboards
• Dust furniture, sills, ledges, woodwork, ceiling fans and wall hangings
• Clean window blinds, doorknobs, and light switches
• Clean entry-way windows and doors
• Make beds / change linens
• Clean shine and disinfect bathroom, including fixtures, counter tops and floors
• Clean kitchen, including sinks, appliance exteriors, countertops, items on countertops, cabinet fronts, and table and chair legs
• Empty / load dishwasher and wash inside microwave
• Empty trash containers
• Sweep front and rear porch / patio

Other tasks such as garages, ovens / grills, under heavy furniture and appliances, windows and walls, inside refrigerators and ovens can be incorporated into your regular assignment and included in your price quote, or charged separately as add-ons from time to time upon your request.
