Maid Service Overview

to examine and note the similarities or differences.
Versus other maid services: we regularly outperform them. We're more thorough, dependable, and polite.
We commonly clean a 2,500 SF town home located in North Cherry Creek or Washington Park with a family of two (plus a dog), for $128 every other week or $108 weekly. Many of our competitors will charge about 2/3 of our price but will spend less than half the man-hours we spend, because they skip details like baseboards, blinds, edges, and high dusting, and will use a mop instead of washing the floors by hand.
Versus an individual maid: We are almost always more thorough. But sometimes due to long history with your individual maid, we may need to learn exactly what you want and how you want it over time. We provide the same type of service that you would get from an individual maid, even though they typically clean only a fraction of the houses that we do. All of that said, if you are extremely loyal to your existing people, we appreciate that, because our clients are loyal to us. When something happens and you need someone of the same excellent quality, call us because otherwise the process of replacing them is going to be potentially very painful.
Among other arrangements, we clean some very large houses in Cherry Hills multiple days each week. Many such customers can afford a full-time house cleaner, but prefer us, because we don't hang about their house all day for the entire week. In some such instances we are working under the direction of a house manager. A team can be in and out in a couple hours, twice per week; outside of our brief visits then, the home owners have the place to themselves.
Churn and Burn: Based on our annual mailings to competitors, we found that over 100 of the total 200 to 250 house cleaning companies serving the greater Denver Metro Area each year give up the next and are replaced by about the same number of new local maid service companies. Many of those which gave up were companies intent on offering low prices. They tried the normal tactic of trying to balance their cash flow by lowering their service standards and cleaning less thoroughly, churning customers because their quality was poor, then giving up when they lost their appetite for deficits. Bad service never sells well, and its impossible to sustain anything but bad service for low prices. Out with the old, in with the new. Denver Concierge is here for the long run. Our prices reflect that.
