Denver Concierge signs partnership agreements (April 2008)
We are proud to announce our partnership with two exclusive, luxury communities in the Denver area. In 2007 we signed on to be the preferred housekeeping partner of Ravenna, a brand new community south of Denver. In April, 2008, we were chosen as a preferred provider to The Landmark, another high end development in Greenwood Village. Denver Concierge "goes green" (July 2007)
We are pleased to announce that all of our products are now 100% environmentally friendly and "green". We are also pursuing other avenues to take it easier on the environment, streamlining our internal operations to more carefully minimize our footprint. We care about the environment and are happy to try and do our part. More information can be found on our site under the Green Products heading.
Denver Concierge Launches Advertising Campaign (May 2007)
Look for our new message in Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, as well as our newly painted and rebranded vans. Our "five star" theme is still present, but with a newer, cleaner look. We hope to see you on the road!
Denver Concierge Celebrates its Five-Year Anniversary (April 2004)
How time flies when you're having fun . . . five years ago we started the company with zero employees and zero customers. We have since grown to become the largest house cleaning company in the city, with 16 vans, 60 employees, and 600 customers.
We founded the company with the idea that there are customers out there who are willing to pay extra to have their houses cleaned more thoroughly, and that such customers can best be found through referrals.
Denver Concierge Buys Accounts of major national franchise (June 2003)
Denver Concierge has purchased the local customer accounts of a major national cleaning franchise. The local franchise was well-run and had established a reputation for exceptional service among many of its customers. However, it never grew to a sufficient size to allow it to become profitable.
The acquisition increases our profile in the Broomfield, Superior and Thornton areas. Customers of the former franchise have experienced a service upgrade and a windfall, since our cleaning is more rigorous and their prices have not been raised (examples include washing floors by hand, cleaning baseboards, and using our backpack vacuums for edging and furniture).
Denver Concierge Buys Basisks Name and Customer Accounts (March 2003)
Denver Concierge (with annual revenue of about $800,000 and 25 employees) has purchased Basisk Home Cleaning's clients (with annual revenue of $400,000 and 20 employees), making the combined entity conceivably the largest house cleaning company in Denver.
