John Kitts — President
John took over operation of Denver's best house cleaning company in 2006, acquiring it from the founders. John has an extensive background in sales, marketing, customer service and general management. He spent 15 years with Tenneco, a $4B automotive parts company, where he served as Vice President and General Manager over a division with $1B in annual sales. He also was President of Sunrise Medical North America, in Longmont, CO. John was later Chief Operating Officer of Beeline Technologies, a privately held technology company in Westminster, CO, and has ran his own consulting business. He holds a degree in psychology and business from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Management program. |

Maria Valenzuela — General Manager
Promoted to General Manager in May 2006, from Office Manager. Prior to being promoted to Office Manager, Maria was ranked as the company's best Team Leader. Maria is also the company's Map Wizard teacher. She has worked for Denver Concierge since June 2000. Maria manages day to day operations including most matters relating to personnel, scheduling, keys, and purchasing. |

Angela Danessi — Director, Client Relations
Angela is a former part-owner of Denver Concierge and has held management positions in both Human Resources and Operations within the service and hospitality industries both here and abroad, including assignments in Europe. Angela attended and earned degrees at the American College in Paris, and the University of Lille et Paris in London. Angela manages all customer related issues and is fluent in four languages. |

Alicia Valencia— Operations Assistant
Alicia is a vital part of the office and operations staff and assists with many important tasks daily, from client and staff support to work orders, and much more. Alicia is fluent in both Spanish and English. |

Blanca Garcia — Manager, Quality and Training
Blanca started with the company in 2001 and was promoted to Team Leader in only six months, one of the fastest promotions in company history. As one of our top team leaders, Blanca consistently received outstanding client feedback. Her exceptional quality and attention to detail make her extremely qualified to lead our quality and training efforts. Blanca is dedicated to continuous improvement and outstanding client relations. |

Trudie Yount — Director, Marketing and Communications
Trudie joined Denver Concierge in September of 2009, and brings with her many years (she prefers we not say how many years exactly!) of Executive/VIP support, Event Planning, Marketing, Communications, and Personal Executive Assistant duties in serving the needs of clients, their staffs, and families. |
